Shopbop eGift Cards are available for purchase in the following countries: US, Canada, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, South Korea, Mexico, UK, France, Switzerland, Ireland and Japan. Shopbop eGift Cards can only be used at Shopbop.com or on the Shopbop app.

Purchasing eGift Cards

Our eGift Cards are available for purchase and are a great last-minute gift, or can be scheduled in advance so you never forget an occasion.

Redeeming eGift Cards

To redeem, enter your eGift card number in the Gift Card field on the Payment Methods page during Checkout or in ‘My Account’.

Any remaining balance will automatically be pre-selected as a payment option at checkout for future orders. You may use all or none of your eGift card balance when completing an order.

Avoiding Gift Card Fraud

Beware of gift card scams. Do not provide any gift card details (such as the claim code) to someone you do not know or trust. Never use Shopbop Gift Cards for payment outside of Shopbop, and never use gift cards for other retailers and brands outside of their stores.
